Ryan joined the MFG team in 2023 after obtaining his Series 7 and Series 66 registrations. Interested in investing at a young age, he took a liking to financial planning while studying at the University of Minnesota Duluth, and later while working in banking. He received the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™ designation from the College of Financial Planning in 2025.
Ryan is dedicated to problem-solving for his clients, building holistic financial plans, and forming lasting relationships. He is an Associate Advisor who works primarily with Fred Sowatzka.
Ryan has lived in Saint Paul since 2020. Outside of work, he enjoys sports, including hockey, golf, and curling, as well as traveling, scuba diving, fishing, and skiing.
